Robert Yee is a Systems Engineer with Cisco Systems for the LA Commercial region. Robert has been a long time participant of SCCUG. He has worked in the IT and networking industry for over 14 years. Robert is a CCIE in Routing and Switching.
Topic Agenda
“Big Data” is a term that had been floating around in IT for a few years, but really seems to be picking up some steam lately. It first gained popular use in large data centers like Google, Yahoo and Facebook with tools like Hadoop. Could 2012 be the year of Big Data in the Enterprise? Chances are that some of you have already encountered it – so come share your experience.
